About the Group
- Size: Limited to 15 members for meaningful, in-depth discussions.
- Meeting Frequency: Monthly, with a commitment of at least two meetings per quarter.
- This group is co-led by Herb Hess and Eric Peffer.

- The first session will be online. Future sessions may be in person to foster a “safe zone,” ensuring confidentiality—what is said in the group stays in the group, with no recordings or leaks.

30 minutes: Introductions and updates:
- Rate yourself professionally and personally on a scale of 1–5.
- Share something interesting or impactful you’ve done this month.

30–45 minutes: Deep dive into 1–2 members’ business challenges, such as:
- “How do I improve my company’s free cash flow?”
- “What are the first steps to implementing AI in my business?”
- “How do I start the process of selling my business?”
- “I am having challenges with my supplier; what can I do?”
