Wharton Alumni Networking Career Management Online Meeting!

The Wharton Alumni Networking Breakfast is the Wharton Club of Philadelphia's business networking and leads generation group.
The group usually meets in person the second Tuesday of each month over breakfast and frequently conducts joint meetings with other alumni clubs and networking organizations in the region to further expand our networks. Due to the COVID-19 issues, this meeting is moved online and we will strive to provide the same value to our members in these meetings as the in-person meetings.
The Wharton Alumni Networking meeting provides Club members with a means of establishing helpful business connections and relationships and learning more about each other’s work and businesses. This, in turn, helps members explore and determine ways in which they can be of assistance to each other, in terms of business leads, introductions, and referrals. We also occasionally have guest speakers or invite Club members to provide more in-depth presentations on their businesses or a particular topic of interest to the attendees. With the exception of our occasional “bring a friend” meetings, in order to participate in this group and attend its meetings and events, you must be a Wharton School alumnus and a member of the Wharton Club of Philadelphia.

The Wharton Alumni Networking Online participants must be Wharton alumni who are members of the Wharton Alumni Club have registered by 5/10/20.

About our speakers:
Alex has a passion for helping people find the right tools necessary to achieve their goals. In his role on the Alumni Career Services team, within MBA Career Management, he is focused on building creative content customized for targeted segments as well as program marketing. Prior to his current role, Alex advised current Wharton MBAs as an Associate Director of Student Life. Alex serves on the Wharton Alumni Career Chats Committee and also as the chair of the LGBTQ Employees at Penn (LEAP) affinity group.
Jingy Yen
Jingy joined Career Services in 2017, first working with students in the College of Arts & Sciences and then transitioning to the Wharton team. Prior to that, she spent six years as an advisor at the Washington University in St. Louis Career Center. Jingy received her B.A. in Psychology from WUSTL and her MS in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California. She also has experience working as a recruiter in the tech industry in Los Angeles. At Penn Career Services, Jingy advises Wharton undergraduates and alumni, and manages the Peer Career Advisor program.
