Dr. Richard Haass, President of the non-partisan Council on Foreign Relations, senior Middle East advisor to President George H.W. Bush and Director of the Policy Planning Staff under Secretary of State Colin Powell will talk about his new book.

In A World in Disarray: American Foreign Policy and the Crisis of the Old Order (Penguin Press; January 10, 2017), Dr. Haass, offers a profound and timely examination of a world increasingly defined by disorder as he looks back at momentous shifts in the last quarter century to shed light on our current state of affairs and what steps must be taken to address the many challenges we face.
