Pax Tandon will discuss her new book – Mindfulness Matters: A Guide to Mastering Your Life.

Pax will demonstrate how to use mindfulness to help with:
1) stress and difficult situations at work, and;
2) Staying mindful in a charged political (and media) climate.
Pax will be showing her film Mindfulness Matters, and then go into a discussion of why mindfulness is so vital to our health and well-being, particularly in light of the issues above.

Pax will demonstrate exercises you can do in the work environment (at your desk) to recharge and reboot, practices to help cultivate more mindful communication, and ways to remain cool and objective when your environment is fraught with opinions, frustrations, and aggressions.
