The book can be purchased ahead of the event at or Barnes &

Books can be purchased along with your ticket (below) for a reduced price.

There will also be some copies available at the event for sale, at the regular price of $20.

Pax will demonstrate how to use mindfulness to help with:
1) stress and difficult situations at work, and;
2) Staying mindful in a charged political (and media) climate.

Pax will be showing her film Mindfulness Matters, and then go into a discussion of why mindfulness is so vital to our health and well-being, particularly in light of the issues above.
In other words, its benefits extend to a variety of contexts.  Click HERE to view the film trailer.

Pax will demonstrate exercises you can do in the work environment (at your desk) to recharge and reboot, practices to help cultivate more mindful communication, and ways to remain cool and objective when your environment is fraught with opinions, frustrations, and aggressions.
