Mike Krupit, a Philadelphia-based career/business coach, will walk you through the practical steps to consider when embarking on a career change: choosing qualified guides, communicating your goals professionally with critical audiences, and ultimately committing to your next path.
Mike will also address the unique challenges of starting a mid-career, entrepreneurial journey such as leveraging your network in new ways, learning to accept different levels of risk, and understanding the unique perspective you bring to the experience.
Mike Krupit is the founder of Trajectify, helping executives, entrepreneurs and companies achieve their growth objectives and develop opportunities. Beginning as an engineer, he grew from CTO to COO to CEO as he developed his strong sense of leadership. He is the veteran of eight diverse startups, both East and West Coast, and has been a fixture in the booms and busts of the last 30 years.
Since 2013 he has focused on coaching entrepreneurs and small business owners. He has helped many executives move from corporate to self-employment and has also coached others who wished to experience strong growth within the corporate sector. He speaks to diverse audiences on subjects related to change, leadership, and business growth.
Mike holds a BS from Queens University, New York, and completed the Mastering New Challenges Program at Bertelsmann University at the Harvard Business School.
