Join the Wharton Club of Philadelphia for a one-of-a-kind experiential event on February 9, 2022 from the comforts of your own home.

Wharton Alum and Certified Meditation Teacher Mousumi (Mou) Bhakta (WG’07) will lead us through a transformative deep rest meditation called yoga nidra - an effortless practice for complete mind and body relaxation. Mousumi will provide a short introduction, lead a 30-minute yoga nidra and close with a post practice conversation.

Yoga nidra translates to “yogic sleep” as the practice uses meditative techniques to systematically guide the whole body to a “going-to-sleep” stage. This state of effortless awareness is deeply relaxing and restorative.

Why try yoga nidra:

1. Improves sleep
2. Calms mind
3. Soothes nervous system
4. Enhances concentration, learning, and creativity
5. No experience needed, easy to follow, done lying down or in reclined position

Come decompress and be amazed at how rested you feel afterwards. Sign up today.
