Use your business skills and experience to make a valuable contribution to one of Greater Philadelphia’s most dynamic and deserving nonprofits.

Compass recruits, trains and supports teams of business professionals who provide pro bono consulting services to local nonprofits. Volunteers are recruited from our partner MBA alumni clubs, as well as top-tier corporations, consulting and law firms. We seek professionals with expertise in consulting, strategy, finance, marketing and organizational management to participate on a strategy project to support a local nonprofit client.

New this year, we will be holding an Information Session via Zoom for business school alumni club members on September 9 at 1:00 pm. This session will discuss how Compass delivers value to local nonprofits using teams of local business professionals. We’ll review how the Compass program works, how volunteers are selected and matched to projects, and what can be expected from the experience.
