About the Group

• Size: Limited to 15 members for meaningful, in-depth discussions.
• Meeting Frequency: Monthly, with a commitment of at least two meetings per quarter.
• This group is co-led by Herb Hess and Eric Peffer.
• Format:
  • This session will be online. We will foster a “safe zone,” ensuring confidentiality—what is said in the group stays in the group, with no recordings or leaks.
  • Agenda:
    • 30 minutes: Introductions and updates:
      • Rate yourself professionally and personally on a scale of 1–5.
      • Share something interesting or impactful you’ve done this month.
    • 30–45 minutes: Deep dive into 1–2 members’ business challenges, such as:
      • “How do I improve my company’s free cash flow?”
      • “What are the first steps to implementing AI in my business?”
      • “How do I start the process of selling my business?”
      • “I am having challenges with my supplier; what can I do?”
