Biography
Marla Mosser is the Founder and Principal Consultant of MBM Coaching & Consulting. She has provided high-impact insights and guidance to more than 450 leaders in 150 organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized businesses. Marla’s prior roles include Vice President and Head of Global Leadership and Talent Development for a Denmark-based global company with 12,000 employees in 50 countries, as well as Vice President of a Chicago-based consultancy.
Marla holds a Master of Management (MBA) with concentrations in Organization Behavior, Finance and Management Policy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, along with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor’s degree in Education, both from West Chester University.
