May 12th: THE INNER GAME OF CAREER CHANGE

Whether you’re a corporate leader or an entrepreneur, career change can shift your energy and your ability to respond to your environment. Career changers often resist opportunities that can ultimately bring the greatest rewards. It’s not unusual to feel overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, scared or even bored.

Nicole Lewis-Keeber is a life coach who understands the unique language of business. She combines the realities of business with psychological research related to trauma, transition and emotional resilience. Nicole believes in following intuition and evolving a proactive mindset without resorting to woo or becoming a chirpy cheerleader.

In this talk, Nicole will introduce a process for strengthening your resilience. She will share tools for releasing stress, recognizing blocks, and transforming fear and discouragement into powerful allies. She will share a powerful tool to explore the relationship you have with your business or career...and how career change begins by understanding that relationship. You’ll come away feeling empowered to move confidently to your next adventure.
