What legal and financial considerations should business owners understand when raising money from angel investors? How can business owners comply with new state and/or SEC regulations relative to raising investment money online?

As of June 2015, new equity crowdfunding opportunities have opened up for small business owners to fundraise up to $50M from both accredited and unaccredited investors using Regulation A+ exemptions. This new form of investment fundraising will be revolutionary for small businesses; however, like other investment vehicles in the United States, there are many knowledge and regulatory barriers that prevent most business owners from successfully raising capital.

Join us for a panel discussion with prominent legal, financial, and crowdfunding experts who will address the dos and don’ts of equity crowdfunding and angel investing in the 21st century.

Kevin Provost, CEO of CoFund360
