Wharton MBA Career Management is pleased to partner with Wharton career coach, Amy Gleken W ’81 and WG’86, to present our first Wharton MBA alumni career services webinar. This session will outline ways to develop realistic job search goals, share exclusive Wharton MBA career resources, and offer tangible tips to conduct a successful job search. 

Amy Gleken is a Wharton alumnus with over 20 years of corporate, small business, and nonprofit experience, including Merrill Lynch; Biden for President; Booz, Allen & Hamilton; and as director of Compass, a DC-based nonprofit.  Her background includes leadership roles in management, finance, sales and operations. In addition to her MBA, Amy has a master’s degree in counseling from Johns Hopkins, and leadership coaching certification through Georgetown University.  She is an ACC ICF certified coach and certified in a variety of assessments including Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory and Leadership Circle 360. She develops and leads workshops and works with individuals, corporations and governmental agencies in the DC area.
