Networking is also important for career development to help keep you connected with colleagues and to stay on top with what’s happening in your industry.
But the process of networking is changing dramatically.
It’s getting powercharged online where platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter are connecting people and opening doors like never before. Recruiters and HR professionals now use social networking to find ideal job candidates. Companies are posting job openings on these sites.

Our two presenters Margit Detweiler and Deni Kasrel will offer insights and advice on how to leverage the power of social networking for your job search and career development.
