Dr. Kevin Gillen, Wharton Faculty, Makes Regional Housing Price Indices Available
New Quarterly Index will include surrounding counties in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
Dr. Kevin Gillen, Wharton Faculty and Nationally Renowned Real Estate Expert Discusses REGIONAL House Price Indices
Dr. Gillen announced the debut of the Philadelphia Regional House Price Indices.
This new report will follow the same format as the quarterly Philadelphia House Price Indices, but will also include analysis of housing trends in the surrounding suburban counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Dr. Gillen gratefully acknowledged the support of Prudential Fox & Roach, Econsult Corp., and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for providing the support and resources to make the production of this report possible.
