Gloria Rabinowitz, President - (WG ‘78) and has served on the Board for over seven years in various roles including Programming Chair. She enjoys connecting Wharton Alums in the Philadelphia region to each other, to the school and larger business community.
She founded her own technology consulting company, GCM Group LLC, after over 20 years with the DuPont Company, and is Managing Director, Golden Seeds Angel Forum here in Philadelphia.www.goldenseeds.com.

Madlyn Powell, VP-Programming - Finance and Accounting Cert. ’04. She is a finance and accounting professional and joined the Club to help bring worthwhile events to fellow Club members. It is a great pleasure in providing cost effective cultural/intellectual events to her fellow Club members.

Mary Keefe, VP & University Liaison - (MBA'81), a Partner at MGA Partners Architects in Philadelphia has been a Board Member of the Wharton Club of Philadelphia since 1998. She has been engaged in University Liaison initiatives, most recently for the Office of Admissions.
Ms. Keefe directs the Strategic Planning and Development of the architecture firm, a high profile design firm with a strong portfolio in institutional projects, such as the Hamilton Village Residences at the University of Pennsylvania; the Children's Museum of the Desert in Rancho Mirage, CA; the new US Federal Courthouse in Lynchburg, VA and the new plan for the Centennial District of Philadelphia.

Marjan Ghahramani, VP Finance & Treasurer - (W ’86). She has been a board member since 2002. She is a management consultant with 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, strategic planning, market analysis and strategic sourcing. Marjan holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Wharton and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School.

Jim McAssey, Board member at large (WG'97) -- Jim is the founder of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Consulting Group. Jim has 20+ years of IT experience in business development and IT strategist roles. Jim has had leadership positions at Oracle, Lockheed Martin, and GE. Jim joined the Wharton Club of Philadelphia in 2005 and started the successful Business Leads Councils. This Wharton exclusive networking group meets on a monthly basis as a downtown and a separate Western Suburb’s group. This type of Wharton Community business development networking has helped numerous Wharton alumni continue to benefit from the Wharton association and brand. |

Jared Weiner, Board member at large - (WG’07) Jared stayed in Philadelphia after many of his fellow MBA’s left. Following graduation, He joined WC Philadelphia. In addition to making a number of close friends and business contacts, he commented it has been wonderful to give something back to Wharton and his fellow alums through planning events and becoming active in the Club. He looks forward to seeing you at future events!

B. Yayac

Bob Yayac, Board member at large - (WG '89) is an articulate, energetic, entrepreneurial, analytical Wharton MBA with 25+ years experience in all aspects of growing a business including creation, expansion and redesign. His specific roles have included market research, analysis, strategy, planning, fund raising, product management, sales, alliances and operations. As the owner of BizDev Resources, Bob helps support and enhance his client's growth initiatives through unbiased, research-based analysis and planning services, transaction support and tactical execution.
